- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I hate TCF. I don't think anyone here knows what they are doing or talking about. My business account got closed because the bank teller printed me the wrong questionaire form to fill out. I was suppose to fax it in but she told me to mail it in costing me 2 more days so they frozed it. My credit card merchant company needed a letterhead from TCF stating that my bank got reopened. I went to 3 different TCF branch location and no one was willing to print me a letterhead. I am very frustrated with TCF. If anyone think about opening an account with them, think twice.
