- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My experiences in the past with this store has been good. Most recently I went in to take care of business and it was on a Saturday afternoon, which was super busy. The clerk failed to give me a tracking receipt when I realized this I called back Tuesday morning and spoke with a clerk named "MARY"... she was not very friendly or professional from the start, she wouldn't listen to what I had to say, cutting me off and talking over me are just a few examples that demonstrate her professionalism. She continued to talk over me and tell me that there was nothing she could do for me. I understand that it is the Holiday season and people are easily frustrated and impatient, but all I wanted was some clarifications which she failed to provide me with. Her demeanor, mannerisms (lack of), respect , tone of voice and attitude towards the customers she serves is unfortunate to this particular UPS store and I can ensure that "MARY" will drive business away!By Maiv Fang, July 03, 2017
